Yay Spring, Speedy!
I was delighted to win this beautiful card in a recent giveaway on Speedy the Cheeky House Bunny's blog. A lovely spring gift, so thank you Speedy!
It doesn't yet feel like spring outside though. We had another snowy birdwatching walk this morning but the weather didn't stop us seeing lots of birds on the farmland around Liberton Brae, including yellowhammers and grey partridges.
Thinking about:
birds,
In and around Edinburgh,
nature diary,
rabbits,
Spring

It's still very chilly and snowy here, though no fresh snow today ... to date. Our Bluetits are getting very brave at feeding alongside the Robin, a case of needs must, I guess.
Something tells me you like rabbits, Julie! :)
hehehe,it looks good on your post...brrrr its chilly every where,xx Speedy
Bunnies are incredibly tough. My two "bunny brothers" are out romping every night in the moonlight over in the wooded lot.
You are a lucky bunny to win that adorable card. Hope for some real spring days for yo soon.
Hi Juliet,
Do hope that you will have Spring there soon - love the sweet bunny card.
Happy week
hugs
Carolyn
I am so anxious for spring to come, but one thing about spring that I just remembered, is that the wild birds return to the forests or reach their migration destinations, and they no longer visit the bird feeders in my garden. That makes me just a little sad.
Brrrr. It'll get better - soon!
How cute! That Speedy can certainly warm things up.
Lovely card, congrats on winning. The birding walk sounds great, I love your Yellowhammers. Have a great week!
