Interesting comparison between cherry tree an rainbow. You've got me thinking.

Are you referring to a cherry-tree now in autumn? I have one in the garden in the countryside, but I forget it in autumn, my attention on it is concentrated in spring in order to get there before the crows when the cherries are ripe.

Hi Tommaso - yes I'm referring to the changing leaves, which are wonderful on a cherry tree.

Lovely. Sometimes it's hard to remember that the trees don't do their autumn thing just so us poets have material to work with!
