Splendid photos...in the early heart of winter at the end of the year it will be very different but I look forward all the same to visiting places like these.

Thanks Weaver, Edinburgh is traditionally very clear skied, though it hasn't been like that over recent years....

Tommaso, if the Edinburgh skies are their traditional clear blue in winter, places like Cramond still look wonderful in winter!
