I'm quite fond of naked trees against the sky...and this sky seems perfect for those specimens.

There seems to be a sort of yearning in those skyward-reaching, empty branches.

They do seem empty and forlorn.

Winter has its own beauty, but I gotta admit, I'm always anxious for spring.

Each tree skeleton is more intriqueing than the last and these are lovely.

Hi Juliet,

Your photographs are lovely with the naked trees and I love the sky.
Interesting to tell what season it is, by the trees.

Happy week

Carolyn

I must these pictures are captured well and with better timing. The sky behind the tress are looking amazing.
