haiku

tree shadows
on the frosty grass -
rooks take flight

__I always refer to tree shadows as "Limb Lace." I'm the first to admit that that title... I over apply. Time to cast it away. ;<)

I love this. Just the other night when it was cold and frosty, the were street lights made shadows of the trees on the ground.

We have a rookery to the back of us, Juliet. This haiku has a special relevance on a morning such as this.
