Great poetry for the winter ...Here, if I could do Haiku, it would start "Cold as hell ..."
Brrr! The image of bare branches, plus the rather cold air-conditioning in this office.. makes me feel as though it really is winter here :D
You captured the moment perfectly Juliet - the kigo 'bare branches' really lends a chill to this winter haiku.
