Norway Maple (now with added photos!)

At this time of year, Norway maple is probably my favourite tree, with its wonderful vivid light green leaves. Now that Blogger is finally letting me upload photos again (though painfully slowly), I'm reposting this post with the photos!

I'm looking forward to seeing your Norway Maple. I'm a huge fan of trees--even more than flowers.

Blogger can be an uncooperative pain sometimes. Hope it rights itself soon.

Pretty color and a beautiful tree. My blogger has been slow uploading the photos, but it seems to be working. Happy Sunday!

It has always been one of my favourites too Juliet - we don't see it round here very much.

Lovely Leaves. Talking about plants I am particularly fascinated by two of them: the wisteria, with its brief life and intense smell and the robinia or locust tree ( belonging to the acacias' family ) with its grapes of white flowers and that heavenly smell that I am waiting for now..here in Italy it's in the first half of May.

You're having computer problems? I hate when that happens. I'll go look at more pictures on Flikr.

So many various colors and shades of green this time of the year here in the No. Hemisphere.

What I love Juliet is the yellowy-green of new leaves. All too soon they begin to age so we have to make the most of the few weeks when they are so new.

I've had a similar problem in wordpress - used to load photos very quickly - now I need to resize my photos just to get the thing to upload them! Beautiful tree indeed.
