Ah Juliet, your haikus always make me smile. Reading this is an inspiring start to my weekend. Here I can hear kookaburras chuckling like monkeys in the gum trees. It's not quite as serene as your birds in the ivy covered trees.
We've been in the throes of overeating as a result of our Thanksgiving celebrations here in the US. Aside from everyone getting overstuffed, it is a good thing to stop and call to mind those things for which we are thankful. I hope you are having a wonderful and bountiful day.
