Dragonfly Gate

I love this gate by the side of the Union Canal towpath.

for Shadow Shot Sunday.

dragonflies
in wrought iron and shadows -
none on the water.

Someone had fun putting that gate together, and I'm sure you had fun photographing its shadow!

Beautiful gate. I love dragonflies when I see them by the ponds..outside. Once one got into my room and couldn't find the way out, the buzzing was very loud and obsessing, and almost scary: like a fly buzzing inside a loudspeaker.

How lovely. It won`t be long before the real damsels and dragons are flying!
