bird haiku

thick cloud -
the skylark's song
rains down

thick hedge -
the pink hopping
of a bullfinch

I love Haiku. Such an efficient and elegant form of poetry. I liked both, but the first is my favorite. Nice! "Birdsong raining down"-so visual!
