creative thinking ~ greener living
I have a special love of snowdrops.
crafty green thankyou for this lovely lovely little moment. steven
Well it is pretty - as is snow - but - glad we have been spared this winter. We had enough last one!!!!
A beautiful thought, at once simple and profound! The very essence for me of Haiku. Thank you, Juliet.
Very good Juliet - I was all ready to read about one of my favourite flowers!
I've heard that they've seen snowdrops in Kew, but the only ones around us are the ones hanging off the trees . . . as in this haiku.I've met so many bloggers who are 43. Do you suppose it is the median blogging age, or perhaps we just naturally find our "own" folk.
Snowdrops -- what a lovely word. :)
Agree with steven. A lovely pause for a moment, thank you.
I like it.
Love this!

Snowdrops everywhere this year, yet going by my haiku in Spring 1995 they were rather scarce. This one 'popped' up in my mother's garden, and she lives just off the Bristol Downs.Thank goodness it's different case now. ;-)solitary snowdrop inches in march snowAlan SummersAzami Special Autumn Edition, Osaka, Japan (1995)all my best,AlanAlan’s Area 17 blog.
Delightful 'ku ... I've never considered 'snowdrops' before but then I don't live where snow falls. Thanks for stretching my mind ;-)Hugs and blessings,
Catching up! Lovely snowdrops. :-)
Lovely haiku...now we are getting rain drops instead of snow drops...Michelle
Lovely play on words there.
