organic fudge cake
dusted with icing sugar -
snow on ploughed fields

Food for Read Write Poem

I posted a senryu for this topic on Over Forty Shades here.

I've also got a haiku on a different topic over on Spring Haiku Daily, which you can read here.

Can't make up my mind which I prefer - I adore ploughed fields with a dusting of snow, but then - on the other hand - organic fudge cake - well there's no contest really, is there?

Well, I'm trying to get my weight down, but I'll sink my sweet tooth into this.

Beautiful, delicious image. I loved the other haiku too. I wished I turned the radio off more often, to listen.

I have just found your blog (through Fiona Robyn's) and I am browsing through it. Very much my kind of stuff.

Oh, this makes my mouth water. Great work. I also love what you have on the links. The blackbird poem is beautiful.

Fudge cake and poetry. YUM! (Love the pretty flowers...makes us long for spring! We've had quite enough of snow dusting!)
