I posted a senryu for this topic on Over Forty Shades here.
I've also got a haiku on a different topic over on Spring Haiku Daily, which you can read here.

Can't make up my mind which I prefer - I adore ploughed fields with a dusting of snow, but then - on the other hand - organic fudge cake - well there's no contest really, is there?
Good one Juliet :)
Love this - it works so well and brought a smile to my face too.
Wonderful image for the tastebuds....
Actually, both forms sound nice.

Well, I'm trying to get my weight down, but I'll sink my sweet tooth into this.
That is the view around our farmlands these days .. a late snow!
Beautiful, delicious image. I loved the other haiku too. I wished I turned the radio off more often, to listen.I have just found your blog (through Fiona Robyn's) and I am browsing through it. Very much my kind of stuff.
Yummy!
Should have brought dessert with my lunch today.
nam nam (and the comparison is wonderfully surprising)
Oh, this makes my mouth water. Great work. I also love what you have on the links. The blackbird poem is beautiful.
Fudge cake and poetry. YUM! (Love the pretty flowers...makes us long for spring! We've had quite enough of snow dusting!)
Yes, this made me smile too. I could just taste that delicious fudge cake!
two very delightful images, that bring back childhood memories
