What a nice lot of winter photos! I especially like the ones with blue light. Just lovely,Juliet.
The moss with capsules looks like Bryum capillare. It produces dropping green capsules mainly in late winter and early spring and is abundant.
We still haven't yet hit freezing, but that may change this week! A beautiful walk.
