Calton Hill

Calton Hill is a lovely piece of greenery in the centre of Edinburgh, a perfect place for a short walk at lunchitme on a dull day! The various follies and monuments always make for atmospheric photos

You also get great views of Arthurs Seat and the Crags

not to mention the views of Edinburgh (though this view is definitely better when the sun's out!)

We also noticed signs that badgers have been around, ripping the ground apart as they like to do!

Hello, pretty scenes and images. I would like to see a badger in the wild someday. Enjoy your day!

Thanks Eileen, badgers are very elusive! I've only ever seen one! But they leave lots of signs around!

must look out for signs of badgerdom locally, our skies have been that awful grey for weeks now, it feels like

I like being out on a foggy day. You are lucky to have so many great walking places.

Even though we have dull days, it is still nice to get out and about.
Thanks for sharing your images.

All the best Jan
