Weaving with a cardboard loom part 1

I've got some scrap wool and plenty of scraps of thick cardboard so I thought I'd try weaving! I'm aiming to make some coasters and will give them as gifts or sell them on my Etsy shop.

I'm following this tutorial on Instructables, as they describe the process much better than I could. I'll share more photos when I've finished but here's the progress so far....

  1. Wow, Juliet. I just peeked at the Pins you have under Smart Recycling and nearly fell over. How clever! Now, if I can figure out how to actually navigate Pinterest. Totally confused me.
I stumbled upon a woman who is a poet and blogs at www.aspiritofsimplicity.blogspot.com .
I immediately thought of you. Check her out. You might like it.
    Happy Weaving!
P.S. Reading A Guide to the Birds of East Africa upon your suggestion.
