creative thinking ~ greener living
Obviously taken before last night's storms - fields are a quagmire now although it has been mild today.
trees provide some of the best shadows we can find - moving shadows are the best.
Gerals - no it was today.....Moe - I agree, I love watchign tree shadows move...
These trees are tall in their vertical state. The horizontal shadows are 'taller' than the trees it seems. As well, the shadows and manicured grounds are stunning, the light and dark settling on the green wonderfully!
Great fall shadow! Thanks for commenting on my blog the other day. Thanks to that, I found Shadow Shot Sunday and joined in. :)
Great tree shadow!
Lovely, long shadows! Terrific shot! And, yes, trees are the very best shadows of all! Love them!Enjoy your day!Sylvia
Beautiful.
Gorgeous, Juliet! I love the shadows of trees! This is really a fantastic photo!
It looks like some architectonic shape...hard to believe it's a tree!
It looks lovely and sunny up there!
I love the fact that I get glimpses of other people's daily views. It's almost as though I was there.Love this tree shadow! They seem like giants.
I like those long shadows. I guess the photographer's shadow is hiding in the tree shadow. Clever.
Even in shadow you can see their arms reaching for the sky!Nice shot!
not riverdance but treedance!Happy SSS!
Wonderful. How I envy where you live. Perhaps one day I will get to visit.
Now they are some very big shadows! Lovely shot!

Wish our parks would stay all lush and green, all to soon the snows will cover...
what a nice place to take a walk! loved the long morning shadow :)
Lovely Fall color behind this TALL tree shadow ... simply beautiful ;-)Hugs and blessings,
Trees have great shadows with different shapes. Like the green grass and the fallen leaves on it. Have a happy weekend.
After losing all those leaves the tree is a mere, but lovely, shadow of its former self. Nice capture!
I love shadow shots of trees!
Marvelous tree shadows.
I really like the way the shadows are slim and simple up to the tangle at the top. Very different!
Interesting shot because you managed to hide your own shadow!Wow, you're crafting many posts this year, and you've been blogging for four years! That's inspiring!Keep up the great work!
The shadows of the tree limbs look like arms holding up the rest of the green field.
Beautiful shot...trees always make the best shadows..especially in autumn. notice you like sons and daughters..great band!
I love the intertwined branches casting shadows
They look so tall with those elongated shadows!I am a little bit late for my post but I am catching up. Hope you can still see My Shadow Shot Entry.
Love the trees and all of the green in the picture the shadows are dramatic. Beautiful! Thanks for your comment.
