Every time I see reflections like this I think f the Indonesian Mountains that reflect into a lake. At certain times of the year when the light is just right the reflection in the lake completes a picture that looks like a nursing mother and her child.
So still and so so beautiful, Juliet. Not only is the reflection a joy in both, but what is being reflected shows our bruised and battered world in a wondrous light.
They are magnificent, like the second shot. Have a nice weekend.

Breath taking......light binds the water, sky and land....

ReplyDeleteLove the second one, especially. I would be sitting on the shore staring at this scene for hours, waiting for a ripple...
ReplyDeleteLove the first one! It somehow manages to look not only somewhat foreboding but peaceful as well.
ReplyDeleteNothing more lovely than hills and mountains reflected in lakes.
