I customised this box when I was still at school. It was an old wooden pencil case that had become quite battered so I covered it on papier mache and painted the lid and then varnished it. Even after all these years it still looks pretty good!
Hello! I found you over at the Squirrel blog and thought I'd check out your blog. Will be adding you to my poet's ring or the blogfellow's list if you'd rather. I too, am a poet. I'm not a serious one (at least not all the time)but I take my work seriously. I'd appreciate it if you would stop by and give me a whirl. In the archives a poem entitled "Gull Loot" may be right up your street. I've been to Scotland a few times and have left my heart there in the hills outside Loch Lomond. Kat
