I was very struck by this reflection of the aquaduct railings when we were walking along the canal last weekend. I persuaded Crafty Green Boyfriend to take this photo, even though he didn't know what the fuss was about! You can read more about our walk and the kingisher we saw here.
For Weekend Reflections
Beautiful photo--quite abstract!
ReplyDeleteInteresting photograph Juliet - I cannot for the life of me tie it in with what you say it is. I think Gestalt psychology has come in there somewhere.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot! Water and light make a wonderful couple.
ReplyDeleteInteresting shot!
ReplyDeletethanks for visiting my place
greetings from Uruguay :)
Great photo, Juliet, and it is abstract that's what makes it so interesting to me! Hope you have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteMiaou, rwrwrwaouh ! Mraôôô...
ReplyDeleteI like it! Light on water is cool - gives it that sparkly look. My hubs also doesn't always understand my obsession with reflective photos or this and that to fit with a theme.
ReplyDeleteI think the word of the day here is "abstract" - and what a wonderfully abstract photo it is!
ReplyDeleteThere is a different reflection there, it's beautiful and your picture very creative!

I love this abstract photo. The balance in the composition is great.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't surprise me C.G.P's B.F. did not see what you saw, that is the gift!
ReplyDeleteI'm amused by the monicker Crafty Green Boyfriend . . . . and glad that he would take a photo for you, even without seeing what the fuss was about. Diamond-Cut Husband has done a couple of blog posts for me . . .. maybe I can coax a few photos from him, holding up CGB as an example.
ReplyDeleteThat is a great shot.
