I'm finally starting to see "winter" pansies around here, even though our winter is effectively over. I hope your crocuses come up nicely, albeit late.
Love the crocus as they are among the very first signs of spring~!~ i noticed that i have a few just barely peeking out of the ground in a few spots. for me this is the official beginning of spring~!!~
These are lovely ... and I see that what's growing in my yard ISN'T crocus for sure now. I'm pretty sure mine is 'freesia'. Thanks for helping me sort this out. I learn a lot from my virtual friends ;-) Hugs and blessings,
Beautiful crocus!
ReplyDeleteHave a good trip.
Lovely reminder that there was a Spring, once, far away.
ReplyDeleteWe have lost things in the garden this year to the frost and cold that have survived perfectly happily the previous twelve years.
Have a good time.
What beautiful jewels ..must get out and see how our's here are doing along the beck. Saw wild irises the other day, but none yet flowering.

Last spring was the same here...this year it is early. Crocus always make me smile...
ReplyDeleteMy crocuses have started to show. My fratileries are nowhere to be seen :(

ReplyDeleteHave a good time in Perth, and take pictures!
What a nice sight to soothe my frayed nerves at the end of a tiresome day at work. As good as any tonic I'd say. Thanks Crafty and have a good trip.

A sure sign of Spring!
ReplyDeleteOf course you loved Makeba. I knew that. I miss her.
ReplyDeleteI used to have crocuses in the garden but then they didn't appear one year and have never come back since.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy Perth. I lived there for a while, 25 years ago but haven't been back since.
Lovely crocus pics. Ours have suddenly come out this week. Enjoy Perth. There is much of interest in that area...
ReplyDeleteWhat gorgeous crocus! Happy Spring. :) It's getting closer here, too.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful time in Perth!

ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
These are always the first flowers to bloom in the yard, then my daffodils, then the tulips. Yay for Spring.
