woodpigeons
run across the playing fields -
chased by a rabbit.

  3. How funny! They must have known it wasn't worth getting airborne as the rabbit wouldn't do them any harm?

    Did you know you got a Blog of Note thing? I did too, that may be why you might find you're getting extra helpings of spam!

  6. I've a pair of woodpigeons visiting my garden at the moment. They really are such funny birds, the trouble they go to, to manoeuvre themselves onto the birdtable! x

    this is my patch, it sometimes seems to me that big fat clumsy woodpigeons think they are agile little tits, especially where elderberries are concerned …
