I really like this one, Juliet. My husband said he saw over 100 crows in a tree outside his office yesterday. He said it reminded him of the balls on the ends of brush-bristles. Ooh! I wish he'd had a camera!
I really like this one, too, Juliet! Especially combined with the new header photo of skeleton trees. Trees, a somber sky and crows - three of my favorite things.

ReplyDeleteI've just posted one featuring doves.
The images crow cloud image is so clearly in my head. Glad you stopped by my old blog (now used for photography). I am here now.
ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful indeed.
ReplyDeleteI was just thinking of a crow poem, but was going to get murder in there somewhere. I like this one.
ReplyDeleteAnd those trees on your header are gorgeous.
A wonderful haiku, Juliet. Well done! I quite like your haiku!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, I love this. So evocative -- "cloud of crows" and "skeleton trees"; speaking of which, I love your new blog header. It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteNatural and a bit sinister.
ReplyDeleteI like this haiku. I really enjoy seeing the dark trees against the winter sky.
ReplyDeleteI love that. What an amazing visual it provides. I'll never see a flock of crows (well, we have grackles, not crows, but, you know) the same way.
