haiku - daybreak

sunrise
paints the clouds -
birds sing.

I've posted another haiku on daybreak on my Alter Ego blog.

Daybreak for One Deep Breath

PS - I'm really pleased that Haiku Scotland recently accepted five of my haiku for publication in their September and December 2007 issues.

  10. Clouds really do look painted at times...I agree! And there's no better sound than birds singing in the morning (unless they're waking you up before you're ready to get out of bed!).
